In our company, we have one thread everyone is added to. Sometimes people will have a conversation in the main thread that is heated or is involved and they dont always take it to direct messages. I have received requests to be able to selectively mute chat threads so they arent bothered by those specific threads, but still remain available for others. This is a feature of your typical messaging application but I haven't found a way to do so in 3cx.
If there isnt a way, I would like to submit this as a feature request.
