On old 3cx client i could start a meeting and it would open in browser. Then, if I don't want to hear anyone speaking but still allow them to speak to each other I would put the site on mute.
On the new windows app client when starting a meeting it opens inside the app not in browser and did not manage how I can stop hearing others but still allow them to speak to each other. I don't want to mute other participants as they still need to be able to speak to each other but I just want to stop hearing them during normal calls and before I could achieve that by putting site where conference was running on mute.
Thanks

Hi @Camil Ghircoias,

You can mute the 3CX Desktop App in the Volume Mixer of Windows, right click the sound icon and select Volume Mixer, then lower the volume of 3CX to mute or click the mute icon.

Hi @Camil Ghircoias,

A "Deafen" function is certainly a good idea. We'll consider it for the future.

Yes, that shoul be done because first solution will mute both 3cx console meeting and 3cx calling app. So it doesn't work. :)

This is true @Camil Ghircoias, would be a work-around that comes at a cost, so good to hear that your request will be considered by the WebMeeting team! If you require any further assistance, feel free to open a new thread.
