My fax machine will not work with 3CX

I have a HP fax machine connected to a linksys spa3102 ATA. The fax will dial, but will not connect to the other fax. I get the same problem the other way round.
I have the latest version of 3CX and the fax machine and SPA3102 are new.

You can use the Linksys 3102 with T38 according to our configu guide.
