I'm having an issue with the 3cx iPhone app not notifying me of incoming calls. We recently updated to the new iPhone software version to 16.3.1 and accidentally let our 3cx hosting package expire, causing our system to temporarily be down. Since then, the app has stopped notifying us of incoming calls. The notifications part of the app does not work
Currently, turning on "forward to phone" works but as an external calls, but we want the actual app to ring so we can use the hold, transfer, and other options. I've tried deleting and reinstalling extensions, reinstalling the app with the QR code, verifying push notifications in settings, and using a different phone with lower software.
The app works for making calls, but doesn't ring or notify me of incoming calls. They just show up as "missed calls" or "placed" in the history. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
