hi all,
I'm getting crazy trying to configure a zultys 2x1 sip phone.
the phone is correctly registered and it can call the other extensions but it can't access voicemail (extension 99) or make outbound calls.
isn't it weird that the pbx lets the phone call other extensions while it complains about identification when making outbound calls or accessing voicemail?
this is the log I get after trying to access voicemail (extension 99):
16:48:12.632 [CM500002]: Unidentified incoming call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification:
INVITE sip:[email protected]:5060 SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 192.168.0.114:5060
Contact: "33"<sip:[email protected]:5060>
To: "99"<sip:[email protected]:5060>
From: "33"<sip:[email protected]:5060>;tag=zip2x2_3618021749-43
Call-ID: 3617999231-43
CSeq: 1 INVITE
Allow: INVITE, BYE, CANCEL, ACK, OPTIONS, REGISTER, NOTIFY, MESSAGE, REFER
User-Agent: Zultys ZIP2x2 - 1.0.8
Content-Length: 0
192.168.0.101 is the 3cx pbx ip address and 192.168.0.114 is the zultys 2x1 sip phone.
is the invite string "INVITE sip:[email protected]:5060 SIP/2.0" the one the pbx is expecting?
99 is the extension dialed, shouldn't it be the phone extension instead?
is it possible to change the way the pbx identify a phone trough the invite string?
thanks and regards.
