MyPhone Communication Error with Chat History

We've been using 3cx for about a year now and continue to expand the services company wide. So far we've had only a few problems, and nothing too major. The latest small issue which I can't seem to get a handle on throws a

"A communication error occurred when trying to obtain chat history. Please try again later."

This error pops up whenever I try to access (return from minimize) MyPhone. All desktop components and windows updates have been installed.

This error is only manifesting itself on one computer and it was recently upgraded from Windows 7 x32 to Windows 7 x64.

Any insight into what may be causing this issue would be gratefully appreciated.

Is there any chance this could be an issue with permissions? I tried running MyPhone as Administrator and I still get the error. Can anyone tell me where the Chat History is stored?

Also I get the same error on customer site, after installing the 11 version.
Is there anything known about this error? anyone please?
