Myphone locally installed

Hi,


I have installed myphone locally with a profile that is standard user and when i run the myphone it won't run. i don't get any error.
Does this something to do with firewall, policy or antivirus? If yes what are the things should i allow? What is also the difference of myphone installing components over only installed which only shows shortcut?
