A few months ago I wrote plugin (C#) for 3cx app for windows v16. It worked fine. But a few weeks ago I found that the plugin stopped working, I did not make absolutely any changes, except that the application was updated. The next events: mvCallHandler.OnCallStatusChanged and mvCallHandler.OnMyPhoneStatusChanged stopped work.
And all of outcoming events like DropCall, MakeCall etc too.
I have a PRO licence. Does anyone know what could be the problem?
The constructor of plugin is initialized, all subscriptions occur correctly.
private Plugin3CX(IMyPhoneCallHandler callHandler)
{
mvCallHandler = callHandler;
mvCallHandler.OnCallStatusChanged += СallHandler_OnCallStatusChanged;
mvCallHandler.OnMyPhoneStatusChanged += MvCallHandlerOnOnMyPhoneStatusChanged;
var callback = new IncomingCallServiceCallback();
callback.StartCall += CallbackOnStartCall;
callback.DropCall += CallbackOnDropCall;
callback.StatusCalled += CallbackOnStatusCalled;
var context = new InstanceContext(callback);
mvIncomingCallChannelFactory = new DuplexChannelFactory<IIncomingCallServiceContract>(context, new NetNamedPipeBinding(NetNamedPipeSecurityMode.None), "net.pipe://localhost/SoftPhone");
var incomingCallService = mvIncomingCallChannelFactory.CreateChannel();
incomingCallService.Ping();
incomingCallService.Connect();
}
