Hello,
I configured Mysql integration with the client database, however, it is not clear why in 3cx variable [Number] is always need to use LIKE operator in SQL?
Let's say if the number is 79991234567 then only [Number] '234567' is sent to the SQL request.

In addition, LIKE on a table with 100k+ of phones several seconds in MySQL
Is there a way around this by completely comparing the match, via the '=' operator?

You can use the exact match as well. You need to configure the 3CX Console > Advanced > Contacts > Options > Exact match.
