I have v20 self-hosted on AWS. I have only one extension routing to the 3CX app on my cellphone and one voice mailbox for that extension (100). I also have voicemail set to send the WAV files as attachments by email.
However, I recently started getting email notifications for voicemails to an unknown extension (38310) with no attachments and no way to find the voicemail in the admin section.

Is there a place to find "catch-all" voicemails? Any ideas what could be going on?

If you have 3 digit extensions then 38310 can't exist. Are you sure it isn't a phishing email?

Thank you so much for your reply, which helped me track down the issue. I had also signed up for a free hosted account and that was getting spam voicemails through the same SIP trunk but different DID.

Ah that makes sense, Free has 5 digit extensions. Interesting the SIP provider let it connect both places.
