I don't agree that it is half baked. I do agree that in the rewrite they missed some of the things that were very important to many of the customers. I.E. recording capture via phone, support of more phone models for hosted servers, etc. Overall though, it has been a decent transition, but I feel it is starting to get a bit rushed.
