Solved Name & Email Address doesn't appear in Chrome

I just started working with Live Chat using 3CX and noticed that the Name / Email address request does not display using Chrome Version 121.0.6167.185 web browser. However, I was successful using other browsers such as Microsoft Edge and Duck Duck Go. Is it just not compatible with this browser or could there be a setting that I'm missing? Any insight is appreciated.

I have checked on my side with the same browser version and cannot replicate.
Have you also cleared your cache?

Yes, that did the trick and something I should have known already. Thank you for the assist! Clearing browser cache resolved my issue.
