Name on Extension not showing (redux)

I having the same issue described in this old post:

The extension user's name is not appearing (only ext# displayed) when calling to their extension.

The solution in the thread was to disable "Hide this extension from 3CX company phonebook and 3CX Apps" in Users -->Options. I am on V20 and I do not see that option. Is this no longer available in V20? Is there an alternate solution?

Follow-up: The user whose extension is not displaying when called is on the mobile app only. No desk set. Is there setting in the app for this?
