Naming Call Park Extensions & disable call group names

Hi Guys,

im wondering if its possible to disable call queue and group names when the call is passed to that group from the sip trunk.

at the current stage it shows the group name on the phone instead of the caller id. is this possible?

is it possible to name the call park extensions. for example branch 1 park, branch 2 park?

Navigate to contacts and click on options, then select "Do not add" under Add Group, Queue or DID/DDI Names to Caller ID and see if that is working for you

Regarding the renaming of the parking extensions i am afraid this is not possible. You can request this functionality to be added by posting a tread to the ideas section of this forum.

is there a method to add the groups to the phone book and have additional contacts show in the address book on the snom phones
