Hello Guys!
Need some help. Today I visited a prospect who is looking to deploy 3CX in their environment. Unfortunately they have invested heavily in Cisco CME and are not willing discard the system in favour of 3CX but since CME has some limited functionality, they have decided to use 3CX because of its many features but would like it to exist along side the Cisco CME.
The prospect requires an integration with between 3CX and the CME. They want to make direct extension to extension calls from one PBX to the other. I understand the 3CX part where we create a bridge but what about the CME side? Does anyone have a detailed guide on how to do this? Kindly assist if you can.
