Hi all, I'm a newbie to VOIP so I have no idea what I'm doing. I just installed 3cx v16 for windows, and at the end of the inital config it listed my public IP address for the management console. I can't seem to find any way to change this to my internal IP address. I can't even find any tools to reconfigure anything. The pbxconfigtool.exe wants a license key (which I've already registered so I can't reuse it) or a backup. So I guess my questions are:

Is there any way to change the management IP address from public to internal? and
Are there any tools to troubleshoot or re-configure the system without using the management console?

Thanks
Glen

You can access it through the fqdn you chose during the install process. Or else just put https://localIP:5001 into a browser if you are on the local machine.

Thanks all! I re-installed and now I can access from internal IP, not sure what happened
