Need Help with Custom CRM Plugin and TESTAPI

Hello,

I am new to C# programing however familiar with VB and .net (somewhat) I have tried to complete the CRM Plugin Interface and TestAPI and I have not been able to get them to work. I am a newbie so please help!!
