Need help with outgoing CNAME from different extensions

Using 3CX Dedicated Pro Hosted by 3CX
Sets are Yealink T54W Router phones.
SIP provider is Flowroute with 1 SIP Trunk

Issue:
Have client with multiple company sites.
Site #1 has total 4 users, 2 users have distinctive outgoing CLID & CNAME and 2 users with another different outgoing distinct CLID & CNAME

Same scenario as above with Site #2 (although with different name and numbers)

Total of 4 DID's and 4 different CNAMEs being used.

I set up 2 Departments (1 Dept per Site) but not sure moving forward how to make the outgoing CNAME be different per user in each Dept?

CNAM should be handled on the provider side based on the CID sent from the PBX.

Agreed, however Flowroute can provide a CNAM preset feature, but NOT for Canadian numbers!
Therein lies the problem. At the moment, outgoing CNAM shows the users Name from their extension settings and not the Company/Site name. The outgoing number is displayed correct.
