Need Help With Split Phone Number Fields

Our CRM search splits phone numbers into 3 sections, like this:

patronSearch.html?firstName=&lastName=&company=&nickname=&email=&phoneAreaCode=123&phoneFirstDigits=456&phoneLastDigits=7890

Can anyone think of a way to integrate with 3CX with CRM Integration Template Maker?

patronSearch.html?firstName=&lastName=&company=&nickname=&email=&phoneAreaCode=[[Number].Substring(0,3)]&phoneFirstDigits=[[Number].Substring(3,3)]&phoneLastDigits=[[Number].Substring(6)]
