Need help with the ringtones on Grandstream 2130, 2160, 2170

From my understanding of what I have read so far, the phone templates have to be edited to change the default ringtone for incoming calls. The ringtones that come with 3cx, my customers cannot stand. They like everything but the default ringtones included. I would like to change the ringtones back to the default ringtones included in the basic grandstream firmware. Can anyone give me an idea of where and what I need to change on the templates to accomplish this? Or where to go in the 3cx linux server and overwrite the ring tones, or on the phones to overwrite the ringtones?

You need to delete them from the 3CX provisioning folder then factory reset the phones.

The phones simply search the config and firmware path for `ringX.bin` where X is 1, 2 or 3. If none are found, the default are kept.
