Hello,

We need a solution for our own infrastructure.
I want all of my salesmen to have an earpiece, connected to 3CX PBX.
They need it for incoming calls, however, they also need to make outgoing calls once in a while.

I want them to use an earpiece, so a handset is out of the question.

What is the best solution for this?
Using a workstation, that functions with a softphone, using multiple acounts?
Or any other hardware?

I've been looking around, and it seems that Plantronics earpieces are very good.

Kind regards,
Danny

A lot of this comes down to personal preference, and cost. I know that with many laptops having built in Bluetooth , that a lot people re-use their phones Bluetooth headset with the telephony application in the computer.

I agree.

Which softphone software allows me to add multiple extensions?
I'm googling, but can only find "mizu".
I'll give this softphone a test.

Anyone else that can suggest me another softphone?
I need to add 5 accounts, and if they need to dial, they just have to select their account, and the call has to transfer to their earpiece only.

I had used X-Lite (a free soft phone) a number of years ago. It was called X-Ten lite at the time. I can't recall if it allowed more than one VoIP registration (or line) at a time, but you might want to have a look at it. I'm sure it has gone through a number of evolutions since I used it.
