Need some help understanding the capabilities of web-meeting

Hi there,

I have been evaluating the free version of 3cx and my company is now looking to buy the Pro version but there are a few points where I am completely unsure if 3cx can do what we need it to do with regards to web-meeting.

1. we have a weekly meeting which we'd like to hold via 3cx web-meeting so can the pro version create recurring web-meetings?
2. if recurring web-meetings are not possible from within 3cx another option would be to create a recurring event from within Outlook and add a "static" URL for said meeting. Unfortunately I can't figure out how to create a static meeting room link. It looks like each user can have one but that's all I can figure out
3. with the free version, when setting up a web-meeting, with external participants, 3cx simply sends out ical event invites which means I can't track the meeting and the participants status via Outlook / Exchange. Will the pro version offer better integration? After googling all I can see is that it can sync my status and my contacts but nothing is said about the

I would appreciate any tips and pointers with regards to my questions.
