Firstly I have contacted two 3cx engineers that are listed on the 3cx website, both companies seem to not be able to fix my issue and now just ghost me. Great.
I want to connect with Vodafone Smart Sip in New Zealand.
For this to connect with them i need to change the Auth_ID as shown in the attached image.
How do i change this? I cant seem to figure it out, nor paid engineers.
