Solved Need to factory reset a Fanvil X7 phone

We had an issue with our 3cx test server and had to redeploy. We did not note the admin password for the phones so we are unable to access the advanced settings menu to factory reset.

it shows a an X7 model and shows rev A on the bottom of the phone

I tried the tapping the 4 corners of the touchscreen as the light comes on and can not get it to factory reset. Is there another way to do this?

Hi Randy,

If it is the plain "X7" ( so not X7A or X7C model ) then please try holding down the OK button while the phone is on the idle screen lit up. After a few seconds the phone should inform you that it will reset.
