I have a client on 3CX v18 update 8 on Windows 10 pro.

The system is a furniture company with a warehouse and retail store, and they are closing the main warehouse where the PBX box is, and they want to move it to the store.

The warehouse has a Static public IP that the PBX is connected to.

My questions is how do I change the PBX from Static to DHCP for the move?

On the 3CX dashboard, click on the IP and change it from static to DHCP. Be aware that Pro license has a 6 hour TTL, so if the IP changes, it could take up to 6 hours to resolve when using 3CX FQDNs

dont forgot if you've got any ACL on your SIP trunks to update with your new IP.
