Need to Restart NGINX Service for New Cert Files - Will It Effect Users?

Hi, I need to upload some new certificate files on a Windows install since it needs to be renewed and need to restart the NGINX service when done. Will this effect users? I have seen some posts where this service will not start if there is an issue so need to know if this needs to be done after hours or can be done safely during the day? Thanks...

I do this safety during the day all the time, but I also make sure permissions, names, paths, etc on the ssl cert files are correct so the service can start without issue.

If you are unsure, best to do it afterhours.
