Need ZoHo xml Template (V20)

By mistake, I have deleted the ZoHo Integration, in my 3CX account. Now, it is not getting listed in the Integration drop down.

I could see 'Add Templates' button, but I don't have the xml file for ZoHo, to add it back.

Could you please let me know, how I can get the ZoHo Option added back?

You should be able to redownload it from the Updates page

Hi, In my setup, I am seeing the Zoho option under the updates. Attached the Updates screen, for reference:

In the dashboard, when is the last check? In your screenshot it shows a week ago.



Press anywhere within the highlighted area. You should be taken to the updates page and see it searching



But also check just in case it is there at the bottom.



I deleted mine and redownloaded it to get the screenshot to you yesterday.

The problem might be that you're in 3CX v20 U4 (Alpha), because from what I can see here:
https://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/v200/templates/crm/crmtemplate.xml

The template descriptor shows that these templates are for update 3.

You can also manually download the Zoho template from here, and then upload it to your 3CX using the Add button.

Usually 3CX updates the descriptor file with the final release, and that's why you might not see it when running the alpha.

In the Dashboard, 'System Maintenance' shows as Up to date (Update_status_in_Dashboard.png). On clicking on it, Update screen is shown, but does not show ZoHo download option (update_screen.png).
Also, cross checked, if ZoHo is shown in the Integration->CRM dropdown, but it is not available (ZoHo_not_listed.png).

With the xml file that you have shared, I am able to get back the ZoHo option now. Thanks a lot.

From your screenshots we can see you're in Update 4, so that explains the issue. The template will be available for U4 users when the final release is out.
