On v18 I used to do to have a digital receptionist with the following config
800 - DR with 2 options to select language
810 - if during office hours DR - English with 5 options to select from, otherwise go to 811 DR with different message and option to go back to main menu
820 - if during office hours DR - Italian with 5 options to select from, otherwise go to 821 DR with different message and option to go back to main menu
This used to work just fine in v18, now with v20 i understand it inherit the office hours from department, I did all that but what I noticed that it works when it hit the main DR, but when it transfer to the 810/820, it always bypass office hours. even when checking destinations (when office is closed route to).
I'm using Gradwell trunk
