Hi,
Some customers reported that they must manually refresh the history of the desktop app.
For example if you want to copy a number for a callback request you have first to refresh, which are to clicks as there is no refresh button.
Is this by design? If yes, why?
Is there at least a hotkey to refresh? F5 seems not to work here.

Is the app up-to-date? We don't have that issue.

Yes, it is. 18.7.10
If I dial e.g. *777 I first have to change to another menu point forth and back to actually see the call history entry.
This works for you? Do you have the same version?
This is true for at least two of our customers with this version, too.

The list is not updated if you are already on the "Calls" page, indeed you have to click away and back again.

Thank you, Nick.
So is this behaviour wanted or an advantage somehow? I think sitting on call history as default view is not unusual.

In the sense that auto-updating resources does 'cost' resources, it is advantageous.
You may think "how many resources can 50 clients consume", and you would be correct, but we have to also think about the 4000 Desktop Apps as we have these kind of installations as well.

In regards to this page, most people forget it there and don't actually use it, so it this sense, it wold be a waste of resources.

I would suggest putting it in the "Ideas" section for review.

Maybe a refresh button; on my side, I click on another tab and then back on the history which consumes ressources anyway.
