Hi,

We have recently started testing 3CX with the idea of moving over to it from our current phone system.

I just have a few questions about features of 3CX which other potential options have which I am unable to find information for:

  1. Does 3CX have automated workflows which allow for the creation of emails or tickets for a missed call, lost calls, out of hours, etc.
  2. Can we set up email notifications for specific events based on custom rules?
  3. Is there any update on an integrated SMS feedback system, or a post-call feedback system?
  4. Some other options promote "voice quality enhancements" which will allow the call to be adjusted automatically if it is in a noisy environment, or someone is speaking too quietly. Is this something that 3CX does?

you can use notifications from Qs or reports included in PBx

Can we set up email notifications for specific events based on custom rules?
Don't think so

No Sms feature is for now included in PBX but this is asked and may be in DEV, so perhaps in few month we will have something ;)

Some other options promote "voice quality enhancements" which will allow the call to be adjusted automatically if it is in a noisy environment, or someone is speaking too quietly. Is this something that 3CX does?
Perhaps I'm wrong, but for now I should say no.

This would be a function/feature of the device you are using to place the call. Some are designed for noisy environments. You would have to do a search.
