We are on the latest version of 18.0 Update 7 (Build 312) and have Algo 8028 SIP Doorphone Control Panel. We have been using this for years (5 years) and by pressing 6 when someone press the Algo the door unlocks.
Issue:
New 3cx v18.12.425 pressing 6 doesn't get sent to the device
Using the Mobile app works
Using 16.3.0264 works
Using the Teams add-in works
Can we fixed this issue with the app where it will send codes across to the phone.
