New chats wait time(s) start at 18 min. all of a sudden

We have been using the 3CX chat feature the last few weeks and love it. That said, we have run into an issue where all new chats are showing/starting with a wait time of 18min instead of the actual time(s). Does anyone know what might be the cause of this issue? Thanks in advance!!!

Are you referring to the time the chat box shows?



This time would be linked to the server time which may be out of sync, have you checked the server time?
