Great update (v4) to 3cx V16 and loving the new Chrome extension, certainly the first that's a possible replacement to installed software for non-power users.
However I am having an problem I'd be interested if anyone can replicate.
We use integration so an inbound call pops up a specific web page in our bespoke CRM. This only seems to be working if as well as the new chrome extension you also have the 3cx web client page open somewhere. It would be useful if this would work regardless of the web client being open or not.
Perhaps this has just been overlooked or is just a planned upgrade in the future.
