This is not a supported device so there is no auto-provisioning available.

You will have to do it manually if the device allows you by entering the following info in the phone:

1. Authorization ID
2. Extension number as username
3. Password
4. PBX IP and port

It would probably work for basic calls, but it may not behave as intended or have some strange behavior. I would recommend to use a supported device if you can get one from this list https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/
