New Extension welcome notification to include Outbound caller ID

Hi

We are using/evaluating flowroute + 3cx hosted pbx. When a new extension is created, there is notification option with an email template attached to it which we can edit. We would like to add Outbound caller ID also in the same new extension welcome email to the user. The reason is that we dedicate one DID/Trunk to one user and route incoming calls to that DID to the user extension. This way, the DID becomes his direct number. There should be a way to mention his/her DID in the new extension welcome email. Please suggest if you anyone know of a solution.

The list of variables for email templates can be found here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/variables-email-templates/

I'm afraid that none of them include a DID number. You'll need to look for an alternate way to pass that information to your new users.
