Yes, just backup and restore as normal.

Ahhhh i thought so, we have a back up from a linux server that needs to go on a windows server but when we are asked to either do a fresh install, upload fill or upload config we select upload full and it s fails after 15mins saying invalid config file?

Him it wont allow me to open, "windows cannot open the folder" File is invalid?

Recreate the backup file on the debian, and download it to your machine within the 3cx management console.

In the list of backups file, select the latest and click on download

Hi, this is another issue, this is why the new windows server, the 3cx isnt working on the debian server, we cant access the management console via the static ip, we can only ping the ip on the debian server and thats it. from the debian server we cant even ping the phones etc can only ping itself. We have no idea why, we had a new core switch install and now it doesnt work. We even tried putting the old core switch back and we get the same thing. So new to this and have no idea what to do. Our next step is to try and get a backup from the debian server using cmd prompts
