New install -sip gate not playing

Just installed a new 3cx base everything works apart from when we call the number to the pbx the call goes dead immediately. We can call out to problem and have audio both ways just not call in. Any ideas??

Is this incoming from a VoIP provider? You don't give a lot of info. What does the 3CX log show on an incoming call, does it show at all?
