Aloha,

I've run the 3CX deployment wizard to DigitalOcean and to AWS a few times before with no issue, however, this time I've run into a snag.

The server came up correclty, calls are routing properly, however when accessing the HTTPS admin page I'm receiving an error in Firefox and Chrome.

Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from XXX.3cx.us

Any hints to resolve this, or perhaps will the 3CX systems detect this needs to be renewed, or the IP will update on their end?

Thanks! -Ian

This could be because the Let's Encrypt certificate hasn't been renewed automatically. Please login using the IP address and see if you see an error related to this in the Event Log.

Logged in, looking in the Event log is nothing of note, Activity Log has one reference to SSL.

09/29/2022 3:37:47 PM - Folder for SSL certificates : /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Bin/Cert

Thanks for the response - any way to trigger a regeneration of the cert?

For anyone else experiencing this in the future, the certificate appears to have been re-issued automatically, and the issue persisted for roughly ~20 hours.

Cheers, -Ian
