New iOS Beta Available for Testing

My first impressions:

1. Top right corner:
   Queue-Button and Status-Button are too close together to "hit" status reliably.
   Please just move group symbol a bit to the left or make status button twice as wide.
2. Dialpad:
   Is much too big / widespread to be used with one hand. (Not only at beta...)
   Apple's phone app is not ideal too, some Android use condensed dialpad for left or right handers.
3. One hand usage:
   Hardly usable with one hand. Not beta specific, but could be improved.
   Maybe my hands are too small, but I doubt, that anybody can access top and bottom icons with his thumb without "relocating", while holding the phone in one hand. Iphone 4 was OK, but 7plus, 8, 10, 11 ... they are all quite "long/high"...

Are you able to tell us when 3CX is due to release its next software update? We are keen to start taking advantage of the new IOS 3CX app as it appears to be more reliable than the current one. But to use it we need to move to 16.0.5 and at the moment this is only in beta release, which we don’t want to install on our production environment. Can you also tell us when the new 3CX IOS app will be available on the standard App store and not in TestFlight?
Given the current restriction in around the world, where the majority of our workforce is working from home, I would hope that 3CX would be release the new software fairly soon.

When in a call the icon labeled Receiver doesn't make sense to me or many people in the US. It is an old fashioned term or at the very least a technical term and not well understood by the general public.IMHO

I suggest that it is a button to turn On the speaker or turn Off the speaker. If you just label it Speaker then everyone will now what it should do if you press it. If it is actually On then the person knows that and it could say Speaker Off to indicate if you press this new button it will go Off like magic.

There was a setting before, it might come back later in the betas. They add a lot on each new build.

Also, light theme? Are you evil? Dark mode is the best

Having a couple of issues:
1. Chats - Initial location of existing chats. This is inside of a chat.

Some messages will be scrolled down just a little bit, cutting the latest chat off, having to scroll down.​

Some messages will be scrolled all the way up, seeing only a little bit of the latest chat, 90% of the screen is blank.​

2. Video Calling - To Windows 3cx App does not seem to work? Server on U5, Windows 3cx App downloaded through WebClient. Version 16.3.0.111

Good day I have a customer with a mac pc runninge the 3cx app. He currently dont have any aidio. ( in or out ) we have uninstalled it, reboot the pc and reinstalled it. what is quite funny is that afte the new install the app heve provitioned it by itself without me dropping the provision file into the app. He still dont have any audio.

1 - will be addressed in next TestFlight beta
2 - your Windows extension should be configured in Management Console as supporting re-invite and replaces - in fact, any extension expected to receive video calls should be configured this way.

It's already there: on the chat view navigation bar, on top left, there is a "..." button, tap it - it will provide options including the Take Ownership.

All I see is Archive, Transfer, Block anonymous user, End Chat Session, and Delete. I am using the iPhone beta.

Just checked 209, there's Archive, Take Ownership, Block, End chat session, Delete.
What version do you have? And what language configured? It might be a problem of translation, you cannot have Transfer until you don't have ownership.

Are you sure is a queue group chat? Because only in a group chat you can take ownership.
