I have started to using beta ios app about a month or more ago. So far it has improved a lot. after upgrading today to the latest I have noticed now it has a limit 3-way audio conferences to three participants.
is it really necessary to restrict precipitant to 3 in the new ios app?
I use this option a lot. It is a good multiway communication option in 3cx.
beside creating a new conference and send emails to all participates ask for join in call ! don't like the way

When the app reconnects it gives an audio notification. Even if from one WiFi to another. We have seamless Wifi (v, k,r) from multiple points. On the release version, it works great, even for a moment the conversation was not interrupted. In the test version, we hear beep every time we go from point to point. Our users are very confused, they are looking for a second incoming call. Is there any way to ruin it?

We don't have any Android clients right now.

When you will have, please check - the reason is both clients should reconnect (and beeps) the same. In previous .209 iOS client the reconnection beep wasn't implemented (that's why it was quiet as you reported), it was addded in latest 237 to be like Android - the reconnection beep was a feature request for clients.

the beep is a good and useful feature. but in WiFi networks with V, K,R, this interferes. my suggestion is to add a timer. and if the reconnection time is less than 0.5 seconds, do not sound the alarm.

An opinion regarding the Video call, once calling from the mobile to PC their is no option to have a full screen even when the phone is located horizontally.

Good work with the ios beta; stable and solved my bluetooth issues in the car. One minor remark: in history, it's almost impossible to see the icons denoting placed or received call; they blend in the black backgroud.

Our 3CX version is 16.0.5.612 on the dashboard.
However, it is 16.0.612 on the Settings/License screen.
Anyway, I bet it's the latest version.

I'm using an iPhone 7 running iOS 13.4.1.

The beta app is quite different from the released app.
My status (the square on the upper right corner) is always gray.
Should it be green ?
I've tried re-installing the beta app multiple times.

Moreover, the call history log is empty.
When I dial *888, the desk phone and Windows client both rings.
The beta app does not ring.

I switched back to the released app, things are normal again:
- the status button is green
- when there's an incoming call, the iPhone rings
- the call history does list recent calls

I think there is an odd error in the app. Every few times when i get a call the call gets disconnected. I did not have this issue with the previous version of the app.

Also it looks like i cannot forward a call by clicking on the extension in the status overview?

We are in the same situation... PLEASE 3CX fix this!!
