Hy All
All our Android App users made the App update last week.
We was happy about the new "Mute" button! But it does not work at all.
All the Calls are still ringing and poping up.
... OK, we can say, it Mute and not Logoff! But how can i Logoff the Extension from Mobile app like on iPhone?

Thank you very much!

Hello,

There a a few ways you can do it:

1) Tap on your extension name from the menu first, then you will see the list of accounts. Longpress your name and disable account

2) In beta version, there is now the Exit - Ignores PUSH button.

3) You can modify your statuses, to be active but not receive any push (there is a push on/off per status)

Mute will make the phone ring silently. If you hear the ringtone, please tell us what model your phone is, and what Android OS version it is running

Hi
Thank you very much!
  1. It is well hidden!
  2. I will check this, thank you very much!

maybe there are some Android users with some issues, but now everything is fine.
We are happy with 1)

But it would be nice to have the feature, to only ring direct calls on mobile App. - no queue and group calls should ring on mobile app.
Do you know some features for future versions?

You can tap the Queue button on the top right, and you are instantly logged out of queues.

Internal and direct DID calls will still reach you.

Ring groups cannot be logged out of however. This is more a PBX behavior than an app behavior (your deskphone would behave the same)

If i click the queue button, i'm logged out on my extension - means all phones.
All our queue Agents like the mobility with the app, but answer queue calls only on the desk phone.
if someone calls the queue, all the phones are ringing.

Ah, see what you mean now. This is not something that can happen since the extension is the one that is being polled for queue calls (not the clients or phones).

The mobile app can either be configured to receive calls or not receive them at all. These are the eaxact same calls that would go to the deskphone, so it's not possible to get only internal calls on the mobile app and not get queue calls.

Your best solution is for the agents to disable account or stop push while they are in on their deskphones taking queue calls.

Hi
OK, thank you. we will go as you wrote.

Mute is to mute the mic
You mean Silent yes?
Silent should stop the ringing on the device. Does it work or not?

Hi
Yes, i mean silent at all. But with this task, the silent functionality does work with android so far.
Tap on your extension name from the menu first, then you will see the list of accounts. Longpress your name and disable account

You want to mute the ringer? Press Silent button. And make a call.
If it does not work, tell me what phone you have.
Go to advanced > setting Car bluetooth option - is that on or off?
