Hi i have provisioned the PBX express solution on the cloud (i beleive its free for 6months)

My requirement is that i have a Intercom system that i want to point to a SIP server,
Visitor Presses a button the physical intercom for the relevant office (Net2 entry panel in my instance)

3cx App running on a mobile device on 3G/4g can see and speak to the user and buzz open the door (if at all possible)
Theyre maybe a requirement where the mobile device might need to ring the net2 entry panel and the visitor to answer

the connection between the intercom and 3CX Sip Server is a standard UK Internet broadband router
Is what i am trying to do even possible and a guide to the firewall port enabling on the router although im not sure if i should see anything incoming..

Hello Rax,

In my opinion, you could create a Ring group as a virtual extension. Include the extensions you need to call in that group. Do one for each office.
When the button is pressed on the intercom, have it dial the Ring Group' extension number.

Not 100% sure it will work for video tho.

i dont think ive got that far yet.
Im having connection issues from SIP Client (NET2 entry panel) to 3cx server hosted in the cloud. all ive done is point to the Ip of the server and thats it and it fails to register. Im just curious if i need to setup anything on my router. to talk to the 3cx app phone
