New problems everyday...NOW softphone doesn't RING

Great not 3cx softphone doens't even ring any incoming call it won't ring, I'm using the PBX and In the status I clealry see it says NO answer and then it does the forwarding to mobile phone.

What the heck, 3cx is the buggest software ever.

If you are using 3cx phone for android or iphone, there is a different sub forum for help with that.

If you are using on your desktop windows pc, is it set to CTI mode?
