Hi
I have just setup a new hosted login so v20, and have been entering in all the details. I can successfully receive a phone call however I am unable to make a call outbound. It just rings once from my end doesn't ring at the receivers end and hangs up. The SIP Trunk is coming up green so appears to be connecting correctly. i have also tried re registering.
I have tried to check the logs on what is going on however its just says in the Call Log that "no route exists" ( dont know where to get more detailed logs). I don't know where i need to be putting the route. I have already assigned the SIP Trunk DID to the user trying to make the outbound call. As mentioned the inbound calls come through fine to this user.
I have also setup an outbound rule to allow all, with no restrictions, allowing ALL, i did add in the outbound caller ID to the route 0 where i selected the SIP Trunk Provider.
I have tried calling with the country code, without the country code, with and without the area code as well.
Not sure what else to do?
Any help would be appreciated.
