New SMS Chat

For several weeks (we recently turned up our system) when I would initiate a new SMS message I did not get the "Select Provider" prompt after entering the number I want to SMS. I believe I was taken right into the message composition screen, Today, for the first time, I am being prompted to select a provider. In the attached screen shot the provider ending 1515 is my personal DID/extension and where I want to send the SMS from. The entry with the red arrow ending 1540 is not a defined extension in 3CX as a user/phone. XXXYYY1540 is a DID on our SIP trunk but I didn't think we have put it to use anywhere - I must be wrong. We must have done some configuration update that is now bringing 1540 as a provider selection and I am unsure where in 3CX 1540 was configured. Can you assist in telling me where configuration is done in 3CX that creates a provider option in a SMS message? I'd like to locate what we did to now provide XXXYYY1540 as a SMS provider.

DID numbers are set under the SIP Trunk settings, DIDs section, and when added they will appear as an option to send SMS from, as they are part of the SMS-enabled SIP trunks settings.

When I got to SIP Trunks -> Voxtelesys -> DIDs all 45 of our DIDs are listed there. So I am missing the connection between why there are two (1515, 1540) in my Select Provider screen and not all 45.

All 45 of these DIDs have been part of the SIP Trunk's DIDs area since we turned the system up. And for the first couple weeks I was not prompted for a Select Provider.

Can you assist more?

Are all 45 DIDs entered under the same SIP trunk?, or do you have more than one SIP trunk configured?

All 45 DIDs are under one trunk. We have another trunk for the SBC.
