Solved New static IP address and the firewall now fails

Hi all,

I recently had my internet plan changed and I upgraded to a static IP.

Since then when I run the firewall test my STUN server fails

• resolving 'stun-au.3cx.com'... failed (How to resolve?)
• resolving 'stun2.3cx.com'... failed (How to resolve?)
• resolving 'stun3.3cx.com'... failed (How to resolve?)
• resolving 'sip-alg-detector.3cx.com'... failed (How to resolve?)

I have changed the settings in the Network area to Static IP and my dashboard recognises the static IP. All my ports in my router are still forwarded as this worked before my IP address changed.

Any help would be apprecioated.

Hi Andrew,

Have you restart your firewall / Router? If No, then do it and try the firewall checker.

thanks for replying. I have restarted the 3cx pc, my router, the services.

I also did an nslookup on my fqdn which comes back as non existent domain.

I now cannot register some of my VOIP providers as well

Its resolved.

For some reason, the DHCP on my 3cx PC went off and the IP address went funny.

Its working now
