New Status Message

Good Morning, I hope you are able to help.

Is it possible to add additional statuses to 3cx? Currently, we have Available, Away, Do Not Disturb, Available 2, and Out of Office 2. We would like to add at least 3 new statuses. I know you can change the Status title in the Soft client.

We are currently running version 16.0.8.16 and our softphones are 16.3.0.264

Please let me know if you require any further information.

The system does not allow you to add more statuses, just rename the existing ones

You should also be upgrading to v18 as v16 is EOL.
