Solved New System - 3CX Hosted FREE - Calls to other countries not allowed

Hi,

I just created a new system (the FREE one that 3CX offers and hosts).
I've added my CallCentric trunk and it shows as connected.
But, if I try to call a Japan number, it fails and it shows me this in the logs:

has been rejected by the 3CX Country Blocking Feature [+81]. Reason: 9+<number> contains Prefix +81. Calls to +81 are not allowed by system. Resolution: To allow this call access the Admin Console, Advanced, Allowed Country Codes and enable the country or continent that matches this prefix.

But, going to the Admin console, I don't see the Advanced option (logged in as Owner).

What am I missing here?

Hi there.
Did you enable Japan as an allowed country code?
So if you go to the Admin portal, and then Advanced >> Allow country codes, ensure Japan and other countries that you wish to all are in there.

You can't, on SMB...but are your calls still blocked?

Great! There were few countries, but now everything is allowed.
