New Update Abandoned Queue Calls

Since new update, it is showing queue numbers and not queue names. How can i get it to show queue names?

Can you please be more specific where do you see the queue number instead of name?

It is in the abandoned queue calls list.

We are also having this problem.
We used to have the queue name in the "Abandoned Calls" sections, so our agents could identify the queue. But now we just have the queue number.


We used to have the Queue Name, but now we just have the queue Extension. So we have to do the translation what queue '0135' or 2904 means manually. It is driving us crazy.

Is there a way to get the queue name back?
