After having the 3cx phone system download the latest version of 3cxphone for windows and a current user opens the 3cxphone for windows on there computer it tells them that there is a new version and it asks if they want to install it. If you say ok then the current client closes but the installer does not start. If they choose cancel the the existing version opens up.
